OFFICIAL POST UTME CUTTOFF MARK FOR ALL SCHOOL IN NIGERIA...

Many JAMB candidates who just checked their results have been asking us the cut-off marks their chosen schools would use for the 2015/2016 admission. Let us make this clear right now — nobody can categorically tell you what the schools would use as their cut-off marks right now until the management of those schools announce it. An example is the case of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) that changed the Post-UTME cut-off mark from 180 to 200 during the 2014/15 admission. Some schools may change cut-off marks for 2015/2016 admission too. So what are the cut-off marks for 2015/16 Post UTME/Admission? Like we pointed out earlier, nobody can categorically tell you that right now. What we would do here is to provide you with the cut-off marks each institution used last year for admission. This will enable you to have an idea of what the cut-off points look like. As schools start to release cut-off marks for 2015/2016 admission, we will update them on our article dedicated to the 2015/16 Post-UTME Screening Updates. You can click on the link to keep tabs on it. Below are the cut-off points used for last admission by all institutions we have;

UNILORIN post UTME 2015 is fast approaching! 2015 JAMB statistics has it that UNILORIN has the highest number of applicants this year, we’ve received a lot of calls from students who are seeking admission to study their intending course. So they seek to know some things about UNILORIN post UTME, here is what you need to know about 2015 UNILORIN post UTME. After the just concluded JAMB 2015 CBT exam since March 21st, 2015, questions have re-surfaced about the UNILORIN’S Post-UTME form, when it will be out, how it will be, etc. Here is a compilation of what I think is necessary for you to know at the moment

1) To qualify for UNILORIN putme exam, you must have sat for any of the O’ Level exam either with the result released or awaiting and already meet up with the school’s minimum cut-off mark for your course in JAMB.

2) UNILORIN post utme exam is a CBT exam, so be ready to face the computer once more.

The question is going to be 50 in number which will last for only 25 minutes/30 minutes.

4) The questions can be categorized into 5 partswhich are: Eng Lang., mathematics, Biology, General Question(with Geography having higher priority) and Current Affairs.

5) Generally, UNILORIN doesn’t have proportion in which the questions are supplied to candidates which means a candidate may have the afore-listed subjects in the proportion/ratio 20:10;5;7:8(i.e Eng Lang.= 20, Mathematics=10, Biology=5, General Question=7, Current Affairs= while another candidate will have his/her combination in the ratio 15:4:8:17:6 and so on which means the proportion varies from candidate to candidate but one thing is certain, you will be provided with 50 questions in total.

6) UNILORIN does not test how far you know about the department or faculty you are coming in for because they believe those ones have been settled in your O’ Level and you have also been tested in JAMB so the post UTME is just a way to screen people by the institute

NOTE TO ALL READER: DROP YOU INSTITUTIONS NAME AND WE WILL DROP THERE INFO SO SOON

Photo: David Cameron goes to Pastor Adeboye for prayers as he prepares for UK elections

The UK general election will be held May 7th. Current UK Prime Minister David Cameron of the Conservative Party is up against Ed Miliband of Labour Party & Nick Clegg of the Liberal Democrat.
Cameron must be feeling the pressure of the election because he went to RCCG event in the UK last night to be prayed for by pastor E.A Adeboye. When did Cameron become so religious? And when has he ever gone to a black church? Or he's just looking for black votes? Lol.

Why I Conceded Defeat To Buhari – Jonathan Finally Speaks (You All Need To See This)

President Goodluck Jonathan has defended his decision to concede defeat to Muhammadu Buhari in the March 28 election, saying he was concerned about allowing his personal ambition scuttle a democratic system he helped nurtured, with the likely consequence of a “collective tragedy”. Mr. Jonathan said Thursday that he needed to check his ambition, as the consequences of not doing so may have been dire not only for Nigeria, but Africa. The president made the remarks during separate meetings with the new ambassadors of France, Senegal and Ethiopia. He was responding to commendations for his decision to promptly accept defeat after it became clear Mr. Buhari had won the polls. “Democracy has to be nurtured to grow. Strong democratic institutions are the backbone and future of our democracy. They must be protected and nurtured. As for me, as a matter of principle, it is always the nation first,” Mr. Jonathan said. “You need to have a nation before you can have an ambition. It should always be the nation first. You don’t have to scuttle national progress for personal ambition. “Since I assumed duty, I have been involved in quelling political crisis in some African countries and I know what they passed through and what some are still going through. If you scuttle a system for personal ambition, it becomes a collective tragedy,’’ President Jonathan declared. Mr. Jonathan urged world leaders and international institutions to give their fullest possible support to the incoming administration of Buhari. He also called on all Nigerians to do their utmost best to help the incoming president succeed in leading the country to greater heights of accomplishment. The president appealed for patience, understanding and cooperation, which, he said, Mr. Buhari will need to move the country forward to greater, peace, security and progress. Speaking with the new French ambassador, Denis Guaer, President Jonathan urged France to extend the support and assistance it gave to his administration to Mr. Buhari’s government. “President Francois Hollande was our guest in Nigeria during the celebration of Nigeria’s centenary. He has been very supportive of the country in the fight against terrorism. I expect that the same warmth and goodwill will be extended to the incoming government. I expect that France will continue to work with the new administration, especially on issues of terrorism. “The United Nations has been supportive as well. Our troops, supported by regional forces, have done very well in fighting the terrorists in recent times. What we need now is support to help our people get back their lives,’’ he said. The ambassadors commended President Jonathan for setting a record of humility, patriotism and courage in safeguarding the democratic process in Nigeria and Africa. “Nigeria is not only an economic power in the world today, but also a great democratic example. And it is all by your effort, Mr. President. The last elections and your response was truly a great achievement and you will always be remembered for it,” the French ambassador told the President. Mr. Guaer, the new Ambassador of Senegal, Baboucar Sambe, and the new Ambassador of Ethiopia, Samia Zekaria Gutu, who were at the Presidential Villa to present their letters of credence to President Jonathan, also assured him that they will do their best to strengthen relations between Nigeria and their countries during their tenure.

Obanikoro Says Ekitigate Is A Sham, Supreme Court Has Vindicated Him

Senator Musiliu Obanikoro says the judgement of the Supreme Court on the credibility of Governor Ayo Fayose’s election has vindicated him and proven that the Ekitigate scandal was a sham. Senator Obanikoro was accused by the APC of using the military while he served as Minister of state for Defence, to intimidate and terrorize APC supporters during the June 2014 Ekiti state governorship election.
